We offer convenient online scheduling for your appointments 24/7.  Simply select the service and provider you prefer, and view the schedule before booking your appointment! Evening and weekend appointments are available.

If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment.

Booking Information
You will be asked to enter your name, email and phone number to book your appointment. This is the only information Zenbrio House collects and we will not share your information with anyone.

Credit Card Information
You will NOT be asked for credit card information . Payment is taken at time of service, not during the online booking process.

Each service provider sets their own rates. Please be aware that providers may have different rates for the same or similar service.  The service rates for each provider are listed below.

We accept cash, check and credit card.

You are doing business directly with your service provider, and payment is due to them when you have your appointment.  Charges will NOT apply during the booking process. 

Gift Certificates and Coupons
If you have a gift certificate or coupon you must present your certificate at time of payment. 

Location and Parking
Your appointment will be at 1725 Pearl Street. We are located on the left side of Pearl Street on the canal at the corner of 17th.  There is 2 hour parking on 17th Street.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first appointment in order to fill out required paperwork. Health history information is required to ensure your service is safe and appropriate.  Services will not be provided until paperwork is complete, so please plan accordingly and arrive early.

Our providers are independent business owners and you are doing business with them directly. Each provider will have health history paperwork for their own records.  If you see multiple providers at Zenbrio House, you will have paperwork for each provider. 

Some of our providers accept and bill insurance for bodywork services. Look for the words “Accepts Insurance” under each provider below.

Your insurance coverage must be verified before your first appointment in order to bill insurance. It usually takes 1-3 business days to confirm your eligibility.

Please provide your insurance  information  via the Insurance Eligibility Form  before you book your first appointment. You will get an email confirming your coverage and copay amount, and a link to make your appointment at that time. Without pre-authorization of your insurance, you will be required to pay in full for your first appointment. 


24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Please understand we cannot fill appointments on short notice. If less than 24 hour notice is given, you are responsible for the full session fee.

Contact your provider directly to cancel an appointment with less that 24-hour notice.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for the full session fee for the missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
