There are 4 levels in the Touch For Health Synthesis. Each course teaches new techniques and integrates more specialized kinesiology skills for holistic balancing. Each course in the Touch For Health Synthesis is 16 CEU hours.

Touch For Health Kinesiology Level 1

Touch for Health 1 is a powerhouse of healing information taught in a holistic self-responsibility model. Students learn a system for balancing physical, emotional, energetic, and dietary stressors and how to use that system to achieve goals. Students are able to provide a holistic balance using the 14-muscle balance-as-you-go method.

Learn what Touch For Health is, precision muscle monitoring as a biofeedback tool, how to test and correct 14 muscles, how to diffuse emotional distress, daily energizers, the theory of acupuncture meridians, and goal balancing. Various touch reflexes and techniques are learned including neuro-lymphatic massage, neuro-vascular points, spinal reflex, tracing meridians, origin/insertion and other muscle-specific reflexes used to dramatically improve posture and correct imbalances in the meridian system.

THERE IS NO PRE-REQUISITE for TFH Level 1.

TFH Level 1 was designed to be suitable for the lay person who has no prior learning in muscles, anatomy, or Chinese acupuncture energy theory, though many massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and coaches find TFH a useful and integrative tool in their practice.

Touch For Health Kinesiology Level 2

Level 2 introduces a closed circuit energy balancing introduces the application of the Chinese Law of 5 Elements. The principles of yin and yang applied to meridians and organs, and several specialized balancing techniques are taught at this level. Students learn how to balance more efficiently by identifying priority for balancing with circuit locating Gait testing, biogenic food testing with sensitivity mode, and eight additional muscle tests are mastered.

Touch For Health Kinesiology Level 3

This course goes more in depth with the application of the Chinese Five-Elements, teaches one-point balancing, and includes using emotions for balancing. The interaction of muscles is studied further and you will learn correction methods for postural problems and reactive muscle patterns as well as additional pain relieving techniques.

Touch For Health Kinesiology Level 4

Level 4 develops the emotional work introduced in previous levels, deeper goals, and how to ‘put it all together’ more efficiently. You will learn to balance all 42 TFH muscles in standing and/or prone positon and in anatomical and meridian order. Reactive muscle techniques and circuit training mode are reviewed.

Advanced Goal Setting and Metaphors

Prerequisite: TFH Level 1 & 2

Using supportive dialogue, positive goal-setting, creative visualization, and associative aspects of memory learn how to make your TFH balance more profound, effective and meaningful. Brainstorm creative metaphors for each of the five elements and their components and make the connections between muscles, meridians, organs, emotions and more. Effectively utilize the 111 metaphors to gain new insight to find the “ah ha!” key piece of information for your goal.
