Mandy Baucum is Yoga & Energy Coach and Touch for Health instructor in Eugene, OR. Her specialty is helping people grow into who they want to become.

Mandy provides a variety of professional services including:

“When you get more in tune with who you are and what you want to do, it translates into success and happiness. Let’s start that journey of becoming who you are meant to be.”

Mandy has taken a long winding path toward her current line of work. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Journalism in 1995. In 1996 Mandy became a web designer and worked for technology companies for 10 years, then resigned from corporate life in 2006 after deciding that sitting at a desk for 50 hours a week was no way to live. She then transitioned to the fitness industry, becoming a Nia and yoga instructor and later, a yoga studio owner. After watching her students struggle with traditional yoga poses, Mandy took a yoga therapy training in 2013 with renown kinesiologist and yoga teacher, Susi Hately. Mandy incorporated those therapeutics into her classes and private lessons. In 2016 Mandy took a Touch for Health class with Sara McRae that inspired her to add energy kinesiology (and Energy Coaching) into her healing toolkit.  It has added more depth and breadth to her clients’ sessions since it incorporates their emotions and life experiences.

Energy Coaching

My Energy Coaching specialty is working with people who want to make a living doing what they love.

“Your livelihood and success depend on your authenticity. Let’s start that journey of becoming who you are meant to be.”

Yoga Coaching

I provide home yoga programs that help people move better so they can do sports or activities without hurting or injuring themselves.

“Working with me, you may discover that less is more. You may come to value ease over effort. Some of the simplest, gentlest yoga moves can make a huge difference in the way you feel in your body. “

Mandy’s Philosophy

“I believe I’m here to grow body, mind and spirit. I love what I do because it’s basically just sharing all the awesome things that have helped me grow and feel so much better.”
